The Fowler Album

This outstanding leather-bound album from the early 1900s, depicts Fowler Steam Engines. It has recently been catalogued by a team of volunteers and staff, making it available for viewing for the very first time.

A class B5 8nhp compound road locomotive no. 8723, completed on 27 March 1900 for the War Office, then shipped to South Africa to serve in the Boer War.
