This outstanding leather-bound album from the early 1900s, depicts Fowler Steam Engines. It has recently been catalogued by a team of volunteers and staff, making it available for viewing for the very first time.
A 10 ton single cylinder road roller fitted with a Bomford scarifier, built circa 1900. Road scarifiers are machines equipped to cut into the road surface to a given depth, removing the top layer and preparing a suitable surface to lay a new asphalt surface on.
