This outstanding leather-bound album from the early 1900s, depicts Fowler Steam Engines. It has recently been catalogued by a team of volunteers and staff, making it available for viewing for the very first time.
The first 12nhp single cylinder, double drum, ploughing engine, no. 813, completed by Fowler in September 1867. Supplied to A. Carey, of Romford in Essex. Recorded in the Fowler Archives at the Museum of English Rural Life, at Reading.
