About the National Motor Museum Trust

The National Motor Museum Trust Limited is a charitable organisation which runs the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, that was founded in 1972. Continuing the work of the flagship Montagu Motor Museum, the Trust has a world famous collection of vehicles and associated motoring items, which are on display in the National Motor Museum. The nearby Collections Centre houses and cares for a vast array of images, books and items all related to motoring.

The National Motor Museum Trust's Vision: 

To be the best, most representative and accessible collection of motor vehicles, motoring artefacts and archives telling the story of motoring in Britain.

The Advisory Council 

The Advisory Council exists to support the staff of the National Motor Museum Trust and to advise the Trustees in matters relating to the Collections. The Council meets four times each year to discuss policy and offers of vehicles to the Collection. Members of the Council are expert in specific areas of motoring and motorcycling history.

Staff 

The National Motor Museum Trust works closely with Beaulieu Enterprises Limited to ensure the Collections are well cared for and presented for our audiences to enjoy. Trust staff also work alongside a team of volunteers, who help with a wide variety of collections-based tasks.
